Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit hydrotitans.com, contact us, request a quote, or use our services.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, property details, project descriptions, scheduling preferences, photographs you send us, payment information (processed by our payment partners — we do not store full card numbers), and the contents of any messages, forms, or calls between us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, session duration, and timestamps. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure site performance, and evaluate advertising effectiveness.
Information from third parties. We may receive your contact information and service request details from advertising and lead platforms you have interacted with, including Google Local Services Ads and Google Ads.
Call Recording
We may record or monitor inbound and outbound telephone calls for quality assurance, training, scheduling accuracy, and dispute resolution. Where a call is recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call and may decline to be recorded by requesting that we stop the recording or by continuing the conversation by text or email instead. Pennsylvania requires the consent of all parties to record a telephone call, and we do not record without notice and consent.
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
Provide estimates and quotes, schedule work, and deliver services;
Process payments, issue invoices and receipts, and manage recurring service plans;
Communicate with you about appointments, arrival windows, service updates, follow-up, and support;
Document property conditions before and after service for quality and dispute-resolution purposes;
Improve our website, services, and advertising;
Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with applicable law; and
With your consent, send you marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to help us understand how visitors use it. We work with analytics and advertising partners including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools. These partners may set cookies or use pixels to measure campaign performance and to show you relevant ads on other sites and platforms.
You can adjust or block cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit certain site features. You can also opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com and manage Meta ad preferences within your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We may share information with:
Service providers and subcontractors who help us deliver services — including scheduling and CRM software, our booking platform, communications providers, and any subcontracted crew — each of whom is required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us;
Payment processors, including Stripe, to complete transactions;
Analytics and advertising partners, as described above;
Professional advisors such as accountants, insurers, and attorneys, where necessary; and
Authorities or other parties where required by law, to protect rights or safety, to prevent fraud, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Service records, before-and-after photographs, and invoices are typically retained for [INSERT — e.g. seven years] to satisfy accounting and liability requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices and Rights
You may:
Update or correct your contact information;
Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
Request deletion of your information, subject to records we are required to keep;
Object to or restrict certain processing; and
Opt out of marketing emails (via the unsubscribe link) or marketing texts (by replying STOP).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [INSERT EMAIL] or call (610) 672-6714. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including rights of access, deletion, correction, portability, and non-discrimination for exercising those rights.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
Text Messaging Terms
Consent
By providing your mobile number to HydroTitans — through our online booking form, quote request form, or directly to a member of our team — you agree to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Types of Messages
Service and transactional messages: appointment confirmations, arrival windows, crew-en-route notices, rescheduling notices, quotes, invoices, receipts, and replies to your questions.
Marketing messages (separate opt-in): seasonal service reminders, promotions, and offers. You will only receive these if you have separately agreed to them.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Most customers receive [INSERT — e.g. 2–6] messages per scheduled job. Marketing message frequency does not exceed [INSERT — e.g. 4] messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. HydroTitans does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To resume, reply START.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (610) 672-6714 or [INSERT EMAIL].
Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to communicate with you about our services, and is shared only with the communications providers who deliver messages on our behalf.
Terms of Service
These Terms govern all services provided by HydroTitans. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or allowing us to perform work at your property, you agree to these Terms. Where you have signed a separate written service agreement or Annual Care Plan, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
1. Services
HydroTitans provides exterior cleaning and maintenance services including gutter cleaning, house and soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, and deck and patio renewal. Services are performed in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, Pennsylvania and surrounding service areas.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Quotes are based on the information and measurements you provide and on conditions visible at the time of estimate. If actual conditions differ materially — significantly greater debris volume, additional stories, unsafe roof pitch, previously undisclosed square footage, or an extended period since the last service — we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised price for your approval. We do not perform additional billable work without your authorization.
Quotes are valid for [INSERT — e.g. 30] days.
3. Scheduling, Access, and Weather
Access. You are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the work areas. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets indoors, moving vehicles from driveways, clearing patio furniture and planters where applicable, and ensuring ladder placement points are clear.
Water and power. For pressure and soft washing services, you agree to provide access to a functioning exterior water spigot with adequate pressure, and to exterior electrical outlets if requested. If these are unavailable and not disclosed in advance, the appointment may be rescheduled and a trip charge may apply.
Weather. We do not perform work in conditions we determine to be unsafe or that would compromise results, including active rain, ice, lightning, high wind, or freezing temperatures. If we reschedule for weather, we will contact you to arrange the next available date at no additional cost to you.
Trip charges. If our crew arrives as scheduled and cannot begin or complete work due to lack of access, unsecured pets, undisclosed conditions, or your absence where presence is required, a trip charge of [INSERT AMOUNT] may apply.
Arrival windows. We provide arrival windows rather than exact times. Traffic, weather, and preceding jobs may shift arrival. We will notify you of material delays.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least [INSERT — e.g. 24] hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window may incur a fee of [INSERT AMOUNT]. We may cancel or reschedule for weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns and will not charge you when we do.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated at booking; card payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring plan payments are billed according to the schedule in your plan agreement.
Invoices unpaid after [INSERT — e.g. 15] days may accrue a late fee of [INSERT] and we reserve the right to suspend further service until the balance is resolved.
Deposits. Where a deposit is required, it is [INSERT — refundable/non-refundable and under what conditions].
6. Annual Care Plan and Recurring Services
NOTE FOR CALEB — DO NOT PUBLISH AS-IS. Reconcile every bracketed term below against the signed Annual Care Plan agreement already in force. Public site terms that contradict a signed contract create exactly the ambiguity you're trying to eliminate. Fill from the agreement, don't draft fresh.
Term. Annual Care Plans run for a term of twelve (12) months from the start date stated in your plan agreement.
What's included. Your plan includes the services and visit schedule specified in your plan agreement. Visits are scheduled seasonally, and we will contact you to arrange each visit.
Automatic renewal. Annual Care Plans renew automatically for successive twelve-month terms unless cancelled. We will send you written notice by email at least [INSERT — e.g. 30] days before each renewal date, stating the renewal date, the renewal price, and how to cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us at [INSERT EMAIL] or (610) 672-6714, effective [INSERT — e.g. at the end of the current term / immediately with prorated refund of unused visits].
Unused visits. Prepaid visits not used during a plan term [INSERT — e.g. do not roll over / roll over for 90 days / are refunded on a prorated basis if cancelled]. If you cancel mid-term, [INSERT REFUND TREATMENT].
Price changes. Renewal pricing may change. Any change will be included in your renewal notice, and you may cancel before renewal without penalty.
7. Property Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Exterior cleaning work necessarily involves contact with building materials that may have deteriorated before we arrive.
Documentation. We photograph work areas before and after every job. These photographs are retained as part of your service record and are the reference for any question about property condition.
Your disclosure obligation. You agree to inform us in advance of any known defects, prior damage, or fragile conditions, including damaged or loose gutters and downspouts, rotted fascia, soffit, or trim, deteriorated caulk or glazing, loose or missing siding, damaged roofing or flashing, failing seals on windows or doors, unsealed or previously damaged wood, and interior water intrusion history.
Pre-existing conditions. HydroTitans is not responsible for damage arising from conditions existing before our work, including but not limited to rotted or compromised wood, brittle or corroded aluminum, previously loose or improperly installed gutters and fasteners, aged or failing caulk and seals, oxidized or chalking paint, loose siding, damaged screens, deteriorated roofing, or improperly sealed windows and doors. Cleaning may reveal such conditions or cause already-failing components to separate; this is not damage caused by our work.
Reporting damage. If you believe our work caused damage, notify us within [INSERT — e.g. 72 hours] of service completion so that we can inspect the property while conditions can still be evaluated. We will review the matter promptly alongside our before-and-after documentation. Claims made after this window may be difficult to substantiate.
Insurance. HydroTitans carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
8. Results and Limitations
Exterior cleaning removes dirt, organic growth, and surface staining. It does not repair, restore, or replace damaged materials. Some conditions cannot be fully removed by cleaning, including deep-set rust, artillery fungus, oil and tannin stains that have penetrated porous surfaces, oxidation, efflorescence, paint failure, and permanent discoloration. We will tell you in advance where we expect limited results.
Gutter cleaning removes debris and confirms flow at the time of service. It does not guarantee against future clogs, ice damming, or drainage issues arising from downspout obstructions, underground drain failure, gutter pitch, or undersized systems.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, notify us within [INSERT — e.g. 7 days] of service. We will return and re-perform the service at no charge. This guarantee covers the workmanship of the services performed and does not extend to results that cleaning cannot achieve as described in Section 8, to conditions arising after service, or to cash refunds except at our discretion.
10. Photography and Marketing
We photograph work areas for quality and documentation purposes as described above. We may also use before-and-after photographs of completed work in our marketing, including our website and social media. These images will never include your name, street address, house number, or any other identifying detail. If you prefer that images of your property not be used in marketing, tell us at any time and we will honor that.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, HydroTitans' total liability arising from or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [INSERT — e.g. Bucks County / Montgomery County], Pennsylvania.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to services booked after the revision date and do not alter the terms of a signed agreement already in force.
